I first experienced the healing power of energy work and communicating with spirit early in life. Encountering life changing opportunities of sharing energy work with clients and seeing the dissipation in their discomfort to sharing Reiki with animals and witnessing their amazing guidance has inspired me to bring this course to light. My path in energy work continues on a passionate and magical trajectory. I work closely with self-care practitioners and educators to continually increase my knowledge and awareness, for my clients, students, and as well as for my own personal practice.
Distant Energy Work
Can you imagine decreasing a friend’s pain and discomfort from the comfort of your own home? Can you imagine sending healing energy to your friend’s dog that just had surgery?
You can do so with distant energy work and intention. This is a healing modality that adapts to needs of the recipient, fosters natural self-healing, relaxes and reduces stress, balances energies in the body, and relieves pain and discomfort.

Energy Work & Reiki Share
I was first introduced to Reiki while in massage school. I remember my professor talking about energy work and how it is being offered as an elective in school. My ears perked up and was immediately drawn to the word "energy". I told myself at that moment that I was going to take Reiki training one day. Fast forward six years later...I was drawn to a weekend intensive which would certify me in all three levels. I walked away that weekend knowing that my life was never going to be the same. Energy work has changed my life in the best way. I'm so honored to connect to the vast energy that flows within us and around us.
